The Quad Cities Basketball Association was founded by Rebekah Espinoza, a passionate wife, mom, and basketball lover.  She has a board of directors that stands behind her in support of the mission, which also works to provide necessary checks and balances in order to keep the QCBA on track and always moving in the right direction.  We are only able to thrive with the selfless work of our volunteers, donors, and our players/their families.  Thank you so much for supporting this mission.
